As I Am

In this engaging new documentary, three young people with developmental disabilities take the opportunity to speak for themselves about their lives, the problems they face, and their hopes and expectations for the future. They emerge as rich human beings whose perceptiveness, colorful personalities, diversity of interests, and involvement with others will challenge the assumptions of many viewers, especially other teens, on what it means to be developmentally handicapped.
